Healing Detoxification

Hello Awakened Palate Family! Today is the beginning of my two month detoxification, which will include raw fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, water, smoothies and juicing! This is extrememly exciting because I have wanted to take this journey for quite sometime. There are many reasons that  I take this journey, one being that to cleanse the body from our everyday living is important, as our body is our temple and we must love it and treat it with care! Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs and Nuts have everything that our bodies need to survive, thrive and repair, fiber, protein, vitamins, folic acid and much more!

 I will share with you light recipes, photo's of recipes and my progress, positive affirmations that are assisting me as I push forward to complete the detox and positive spirit connections that are developed as this journey flourishes!

If you choose to join me in this journey, please update me with your your progress! I want to know what is going with you as you step in this reality of positive spiritual growth! If you are observing, try a couple of the recipes and tell me your thoughts on them!
