Ariel Bangs is the innovative creative chef whom through spiritual creativity, Healthy Creations was born. From a Personal Chef’s dream to inspire healthy eating, healthy living, edible gardens and peaceful living through stress free menu creation and meal preparation for families and busy professionals.



Chef Ariel Bangs, is an empath, after studying metaphysics and spirituality, in 2008 Chef Ariel created the Middle Path Garden, which educates students on the spiritual importance of bonding and learning to respect Earth and self-exploration thru gardening techniques filled with laughter.



Ariel graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle, in 2007; however cooking has been a mainstay in Ariel’s life since she was a youth. Ariel recalls the smells and aroma’s tickling her nose when her mother was in the kitchen preparing healthy Italian Soul Food, family recipes.



Through planting seeds, harvesting vegetables and learning about health and nutrition along the way, Chef Ariel continues to inspire youth to the exciting lengths of trying new vegetables and fruits to transforming family soul food menus from unhealthy to happy smiles when tasting each bite. Through the garden, Chef Ariel continues to seek new ways to bring the discussion to the table about childhood obesity and combating illness through nutrition and love. The importance the role food plays in living a healthy life for families is extremely important to Chef Ariel, witnessing the sadness of a young girl that had a terrible self-vision due to overeating and her discussion with Ariel lead to the understanding of overeating and obesity as a generational mystery amongst many families.



Chef Ariel works excitedly into schools and community organizations to bring fun to fruits and vegetables, while educating youth about food, nutrition and cooking in an engaging way. And by working with school food service employees, administrators and teachers – Chef Ariel helps deliver these messages from the kitchen to the classroom to the home.
