Beet Information

Always remember the more firm and crunchy your veggies are the more nutrients you are consuming and your body will be replenished with!
Beet salad is healthy and packed full of vitamins and nutritients that vitamins can give in a sense but is waiting for the break down really worth it when you can just eat the greens and get the energy now!

Beets are rich in chlorphyll, they are very powerful cleansers and builders of blood. Betacyanin is the phytochemical in beautiful beets, and give the veggies their rich color, amethyst like, and guess what they reduce homocysteine levels. Also, beets are loaded wih A, B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B6) and C, high content of iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, sodium, choline, folic acid, iodine, manganese, potassium, fiber and carbs (the natural digestive sugar types...good carbs).

Beets iron, is not high enough to just eat beets all the time, however it is the highest and is an excellent blood builder!

It helps to combat acidosis, anemia, atheroscierosis, blood pressure issues, cancer, constipation, dandruff, detoification, gastric ulcers and many more!
